The 9th is a fairly long par four uphill. brave players opt to send their tee shot over the edge of the woods on the right hand side of the fairway for a shorter route in. The fairway has trees on both the left and right of it as well as out of bounds on the right the further you go. Depending on which line you take you will be hitting anything from a short iron to a long one into a green which has a copse and a large tree guarding the front left and out of bounds and a deep bunker guarding the right hand side.

The green is long and narrow and has many subtle breaks which can be hard to read.
